  As an inbound sales representative I helped nationwide customers place orders for the safety and traffic products sold for Seton and EmedCo. I assisted in selecting products to be compliant with OSHA, ADA, MUTCD and ANSI regulations. I created competitive quotes and negotiated with customers to land orders. I also helped in all facets of customer care for the company. No matter how big the problem by the end of the day I had it either figured out or heading in the right direction. I successfully helped in de-escalation with phone-in customers while orders were being resolved or fulfilled. After two years I held the title of most orders being placed and most work being generated on my sales team up until I decided to enroll in AmeriCorps to expand my business and writing skills and serve our country.
