Katie for a non technical person made an effort to understand the technical side of the business and relate that to ourmarketing effort. She was never afraid to ask questions about our markets and to discuss ideas. One of the things that really got my attention was early on in my 10 year career at MIOX was that when you called Katie looking for info or help, she never gave you an impression other than she was just waiting for your call and had nothing else to do. Very comforting when you run a remote office.
