  Every day I had to wake up early in the morning to make it to breakfast shits, this involved me opening up the restaurant, making sure all the tables are set and that we have everything we need i.e. coffee, jams, sugars and milk. Every day, I had to serve people, clean tables, and do my best to provide an excellent services to my tables. After the breakfast is done id have few hours before the dinner shit. During the dinner I had to make sure that all tables are set, and everyone knows what the special are from the kitchen side. This means that every day I had to communicate with the kitchen team and ask what we didn’t have, what we replacing it with as well as the specials of the day. After the dinner shit is over I had to do the closing up duties, that involved clearing all the tables, floors, emptying the coffees and polish all the cutlery. This was the worse part of the day for me, because there is always something to do to be prepared for the next day.
