      Review the loan file for any additional documentation that may be required. Input all required data needed to produce preliminary Closing Disclosure. Ensure title and I balance to the fees and bottom lines on all Closing Disclosures. Once Closing Disclosure is approved I then sent it to the borrower per the lenders preferred choice delivery. Once I receive confirmation from the borrower loan docs are generally issued within 24 hours. Review the required document needed to fund that loan and issue funding authorization. Order all funding wires the morning of closing/funding.

I then complete a Prior to Funding Needs list for the Mortgage Brokers and Escrow Officers letting them know what is still needed to get the loan funded.
