Hires and leads a team of 5 summer housekeepers and 2 summer resident advisors and hires and supervises the Summer Programs Assistant. Coordinates arrival materials, linens, keys and all other client needs. Oversees summer leases, rent collection and housing placement for 55 employees. Manages all pre- and post-event contracts, invoices, expense reports, stipends, budget summaries and data. Assisted with the planning, hiring, registration, and execution for the College’s 8-week, Summer Field Studies camp for children.
