For the past several summers, Katiana has been my Marketing Assistant. I always look forward to her creativity and visually appealing ideas! Katiana is super talented and always willing to learn new skills. She has worked her magic on the various social media platforms used to market and expand the client base of Browstudiobyrose, LLC. She oversaw the design and graphics of the marketing materials used to promote the business and conducted client surveys. She has also been responsible for the pre-production and post-production of video clips and photography projects to be placed on the Browstudiobyrose social media platforms. Katiana consistently demonstrates hard work and determination. She is always striving to be the best at everything she does. Since joining the team at the end of July, Katiana has helped manage our store, operating as a keyholder, during our busiest time of the year – football season! As keyholder, Katiana is responsible for a lot of operational tasks like opening and closing the store, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, taking in new inventory, processing online orders, and leading visual merchandising standards. She is always someone I can count on to successfully complete tasks on time and manage multiple competing priorities. Beyond managing the daily operations of the store, Katiana really shines in her element of being able to get super creative and help the store team create content for our marketing strategies. Being a women's clothing boutique, we are always in need of new creative content for our website, email campaigns, and social media channels. Katiana helps lead all our photoshoots, reel creation, instagram stories, to name a few. We absolutely love having Katiana as a part of the Bows and Arrows team!
