       Effectively monitors 11 DESTINOS grantees located in 8 different destinations through regular communication, site visits, and written reports which are facilitated through well-taught and well-understood requirements and procedures by the grantees.  Drafts monthly reports for AED/DSTA to analyze status of projects, with recommendations and observations to improve project performance.
