The Hellenic Recycling Agency is an independent Agency of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, which is responsible for the implementation of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies in Greece. It is responsible for licensing EPR Organisations (called Systems in Greece) and supervising their function with the aim of achieving the national recycling targets.
