I had the great pleasure of working under Katia in two separate roles in the commercial team at Discovery. Her professionalism, drive, work ethic, and organisational skills were all absolutely second to none but, for me, what set Katia apart as a manager was her openness and empathy. Despite being one of the hardest-working people I've ever worked with, Katia was always available for advice and guidance or simply as someone to talk to, no matter how small the problem. It's rare to find a boss who can inspire and make you feel valued not only as a colleague but as a person generally. Any employee would be lucky to have Katia as a manger or colleague.

Her organisational skills alongside huge creativity makes her a rare being.
