  Through out this insightful experience, I was guided by Mr sofiane HOCINI, to whom I'm very grateful for the time and efforts he made in order to enlighten me with his knowledge. While he explained the various production chains available in this factory, he thoroughly detailed every machine and it's functioning, which was very beneficial for a mind with continuous doubts and question marks like mine. Moreover, I was lucky to take part of various on-field problem solving, which helped me gain knowledge of the work environment, and develop a new mindset and thinking process for any future alike-situations.
