I can recommend Kati to anyone seeking a level headed, fun to work with, results driven individual. She has fantastic experience of insurance, has great interpersonal skills which have been demonstrated working in many countries, and is open and honest with people which makes working with her very easy. I think she could work in many other industries, not just insurance, her personality and flexibility means should could adapt and be an asset pretty much anywhere she chooses.

I had the pleasure of working with Kati for close to ten years at Zurich, both as her manager and later on as colleague. I saw her quickly developing from underwriting assistant all the way to Head of Underwriting Services with Nordic responsibility. To me her strongest asset is her positive and proactive personality. You could always hear laughter and joy whenever Kati was around, yet she was able to perform her job with great quality and within given deadlines. Her positive attitude drives her to look for solutions rather than obstacles. Later on as a manger she was very well respected, always willing to help, encourage and support yet she was determined to lead her team with a firm hand towards the agreed goals.
