Unfortunately the gradu is only in Finnish (”Energiayrityksen asiakassuhdemarkkinointi ja markkinointiviestintästrategia – laskun rooli ja mahdollisuudet”). That was kind of a multichannel marketing survey a long before the whole word (multichannel) was even known!
