Kati is an outstanding intelligence professional and a great Army officer. She took over as the Intel Officer (S2) of the battalion that I was the Executive Officer of in Afghanistan and made an immediate impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the unit's operations. She worked very well as a female minority in a male dominated combat arms unit and had the respect of all of the officers and noncommissioned officers on the staff and in the batteries. I would work again with Kati anytime and anywhere.
