It’s been my pleasure to work with Kathy over many years and at several companies. She has many talents and skills, but the most significant ones are passion, hard work and accountability. You want Kathy on your team due to her amazing project management skills and sales operations experience. She brings a smile and uplifts the team with her attitude, desire to help and often her corny humor! At Mitel, Kathy led our demand generation efforts and project management initiatives for the vertical industry team in North America. She worked closely with our channel partners, sales team members and customers. She was one of the very few non-quota carrying colleagues that was recognized by her peers with a Business Excellence Circle Award. She helped Mitel gain the #1 share in Hospitality and Education. At Berlitz, Kathy was our sales operations leader and ensured that the sales teams leverage our processes effective.
