Kathy and I worked together in 2010 designing a call center model for primary care. We discussed phone philosophy at length, and found we share similar beliefs about customer service in healthcare. I enjoyed many discussions with Kathy leading up to a professional relationship and never felt that she was pushing me to buy her service or shorten the sales cycle. Once the sale was complete, she turned me over to a service rep, but always kept in touch checking on the process. Not only did I appreciate and respect Kathy's professionalism, I felt the same about everyone from Pronto I came in contact with. I would recommend Kathy to any friend or colleague looking for a call center executive, and hope to work with her again in the future.
