      Strategically litigate on clients' behalf in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts nationwide. Collaboratively communicate and coordinate with clients, general counsel, and insurers. Of those currently resolved, 81% were dismissed outright, and the remainder settled for 16.76% of the plaintiff's demand. • Obtained favorable outcomes in two separate fraudulent labeling class actions against manufacturing clients, one at .0025% of the plaintiff's demand and one at .024%. • Conducted over 500 fact and expert witness depositions. • Ongoing representation in 24 lawsuits of food manufacturers and food ingredient companies against claims that their products caused injuries to employees/consumers. Suits favorably resolved for 10% to 30% of initial demand. • Assisted five clients in FDA food recalls and successfully managed mitigation of subsequent litigation risk. • Assisted the client in the review of proposed FDA regulations to help analyze whether to lodge public comment. • Represented multiple clients in wrongful death cases arising from asbestos exposure. • Represented sports equipment manufacturer in a wrongful death case alleging product defect. Successfully crafted a settlement, including non-monetary considerations. • Represented the plaintiff in a products liability case in which a defect in manufacturing machinery seriously injured the plaintiff. Recovered $3.9M for the client.
