  My core responsibility is to ensure the effective functioning of the Learning Resource Centre; to provide learning experiences which challenge and enable students to acquire the knowledge and skills that facilitate working and living independently in the community. I actively promote an understanding and a positive image for my students and act as an advocate for all students with learning and behavioural difficulties particularly within mainstream classroom environments.
