I have the pleasure of working alongside Kathy for the past 2 years in our roles as Business Manager at Regen Medical. Kathy has a wealth of knowledge in Wound healing and Negative Pressure technologies across Community and Acute settings and has been instrumental in helping the business to position it's portfolio through the tender process for National frameworks, this included helping to design and deliver a new product range which included working with the manufacturer and design teams and internal stakeholders. On a personal level Kathy has helped me to improve my understanding of the traditional Wound Dressings & NPWT market and how each product range differs. She is excellent at training and educating and is a positive engaging team member. Kathy has also developed new skills to support wound healing in more complex wounds. She has experience in a wide range of areas including, Burns, Vascular, Surgical, Plastics and Tissue Viability in advanced biologics therapies. This also included adapting to web based platforms to interact via ZOOM/TEAMS/VIMEO with customers through the COVID lockdown. She is passionately focussed on improving patient outcomes and this shines through in her interactions with clinicians, colleagues and patients alike. She is calm, kind, focussed and driven.
