The 18 bed Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit provides patient/family centered care based on current evidence to a highly acute population requiring surgical and percutaneous interventions to manage acute coronary syndromes, valvular disease, cardiac transplantation and congenital diseases of the heart and vessels.
