Reserved conference rooms, VTC rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and VIP parking for official visitors. Took notes and prepared final minutes from weekly staff meetings and personnel meetings. Prepared personnel actions such as recruit/fill, incentive awards, promotions, retirements, and position reviews and prepared retirement, length of service, and honorary staff and faculty certificates. Using the government charge card, purchased books, videotapes, supplies and tuition and certified all budgetary expenditures.
