I had the privilege of working with Kathy on first the maintenance and then the redesign/launch of Cascade's website. Kathy shepherded the project's vision and overarching business goals, provided direction and support to her staff as they executed with us, and asked critical questions throughout the course of our work together that helped us stay on track, avoid several pitfalls, and ultimately deliver a great product.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working for and with Kathy for nearly a year at Cascade Bicycle Club. Kathy is smart, communicative, strategic, supportive and appropriately tough when she needs to be. Her leadership has meant a great deal to me and I wish her the best!
