Primary role included assessment and evaluation of staffing, quality assurance/monitoring and maximization of reimbursement through precertification and authorization at time of service, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Incorporated the precertification/authorization function into the registration process for all areas of service, significantly reducing the number of payment denials from insurance and managed care companies.
