Full service nuclear medicine imaging procedures including nuclear stress testing. Performed quality imaging studies and excellent patient care in this high volume outpatient facility. Job responsibilities included setting IV catheters, setting IV catheters and drips for pharmacologic stress testing, drawing blood, blood glucose measurements, blood pressure, EKG tracings, and more. GE StarCam nuclear medicine protocol building using the MENTOR language. Writing and modification of imaging and processing protocols. Protocols would enable the technologists to type in a single word and have all of the procedural views come up on the screen. This would also keep a common procedure within the department. Similarly, processing could be done more efficiently by a single word command.Maintained compliance with NJDEP and NRC regulations. Managed patient scheduling, equipment quality control and coordination of auxiliary personnel.

Nuclear Medicine School Program Director

Created a brand new nuclear medicine program which attained its JRCNMT accreditation within its first year of operation. All students graduated and passed both NMTCB and ARRT registry examinations, with eligibility for NJ licensure. Addition with approval by JRTNMT and NJDEP of outside clinical sites which included Jersey Shore Medical Center and Cardinal Health Radiopharmacy for well-rounded clinical rotation for students.Responsibilities included development of curriculum, management of didactic and clinical instructors; actual classroom instruction for many of the courses; constant evaluation of students, instructors, curriculum.
