Kat is someone you can trust with any type of work related to media platforms. She is always going to give 110% at whatever she is working on at the moment. Kat is a female in a male dominated field, which keeps her working hard to create a positive image for women in sports. She can take on the role of a director with any team and move that team to the direction it needs to go in our world of social media. She can reach a non sports fan with her work and make them into a fan. Kat works great with others and is familair with working in a group setting. She is a pro at taking on big assignments and delegating small parts to make sure it gets done in a timely manner. Her education stretches far beyond those in this industry - while still young, Kat already has an Executive MBA degree, which helps her better understand the business side of media. As someone working in media, one needs to know how to do more than one specific skill set. Kat is competent at all facets of media (video editing, videography, photography, social media engagement). On top of that, she understands the business side and how to move a brand along in an upward direction grabbing onto and reaching new people as it grows (strategic communication, digital media content planning, brand development, sports marketing). Kat is the definition of a one-man band. She can do it all and create media that touches players, fans, people in a different way. If I had at team, I would trust Kat to run the media department because I know she can get it done and take the team to the next level before those competing know the next level. Kat understands the direction social media is moving towards, Kat understands the next step, Kat will take your team there.
