Katie's contagious energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude are assets to any organization. Having seen her at our yearly National Sales Meetings, and interreacted with her talking about products, industry trends and overall sales acumen, it's clear that she not only has an understanding of the industry in general, but thinks of the big picture in regard to sales (from pull-through to closing), as well as has a true passion for helping others and leading. When COVID-19 began, Katie was very instrumental in leading company-wide conference calls, while cross-promoting both the retail and dispensing businesses for everyone's benefit. Though we worked in different departments, we sold a lot of the same products and had a similar vision for growing territories. I'd highly recommend Katie for any future positions - strong willed yet composed, detail oriented but not rigid, and driven yet always willing to lend a hand are just a few of the attributes that have made her extremely successful in this competitive landscape.
