From May 2006-May 2007: Researched the sprouting of new axons in the spinal cord following motor cortex stroke. This research was presented at the Honors Division of the St. Louis Science Fair and received 2nd Place, the Lou Lunte Award, and a bid to go to the International Science Fair. At the 2007 International Science Fair in Albuquerque, New Mexico this reseach received a 4th place rating in the Medicine and Health Category. Also assisted in minor lab duties. Also assisted in lab duties. This research received 6th place in the Honors Division of the St. Louis Science Fair and a qualification for the International Science Fair.
