  The Family Stability Service is a step up or step down intervention service, primarily focused on those identified within the 'Families Gateshead' programme. On the whole, my role as a Family Support Worker is to offer help to individuals with complex needs. Upon referral, I am expected to take over the role as Lead Practitioner in order to ensure that the CAF process maximises positive outcomes for all young people involved.
