I have worked at the State Attorney’s Office since 2006. Over the past several years I have prosecuted misdemeanors, felonies, career criminals, firearms cases, sex cases, child abuse cases, murder cases and complex financial cases. Currently I am prosecuting career criminals, such as those that qualify as Prison Releasee Reoffenders and Violent Career Criminals. I also prosecute offenses committed with Firearms, including First Degree Murder. Most recently I served as the Division Chief of the Economic Crimes and Elder Services Unit, where I handled cases such as RICO, Aggravated White Collar Crimes, and Exploitation of the Elderly. I have conducted at least 79 jury trials including Capital Sexual Battery, Human Trafficking, First Degree Murder and DUI Manslaughter. Show less
