Olivia is the real deal! She is hardworking, personable, organized, knowledgeable, and works extremely well under pressure. Based on what I've seen of Olivia's work ethic, I truly believe she would be an asset to any company or team! Feel free to reach out to me if I can provide additional details.

Olivia Dorsey rose from a Program Assistant to the Executive Assistant for both the CEO and the Director of Brand for XP League (XPL), a youth esports franchise. During the accelerated first year growth of the company, Olivia supported the Programs Director through operations and franchisee support. Her organizational skills, ability to pivot quickly and seamlessly, and her project management lead to the change in roles to become an Executive Assistant. Within 11 months, XPL grew to 48 franchisees, across the US and Canada, with a multimillion dollar valuation. Olivia’s role as Executive Assistant allowed the CEO and me to focus on our high level tasks, with confidence, knowing that our particular and everyday tasks were attended to properly. Olivia takes initiative in all she becomes involved with, including continuing her professional education to best prepare for her roles. While at XPL Olivia created and maintained the Girls in Gaming Discord Server with the sole purpose of creating an inclusive and educational platform for our female identifying players, and their coaches and parents. Olivia actively provided resources, guidance, and management to the server and was often contacted as an expert on the matter of inclusive play. Additionally, Olivia was selected as ambassador for Women in Games, a global non-for-profit organization that seeks a games industry culture and community, free of gender discrimination, were full equality of opportunity, treatment and conditions empowers all women to achieve their full potential. WIGJ works with partnerships with individual ambassadors and companies to make equality a reality. Women in games is represented in 32 different countries. Olivia is a joy to work with and extremely eager to lend a professional hand in any situation. She is a fast thinking, goal-oriented team player who values loyalty, integrity, and inclusion above all else. -Eva Melamed Director of Brand XP League
