A graduate role taking over the marketing department at Embrace. Using all available resources, along with my intuition and experience, I developed new marketing strategies to ensure the long term sustainability of Embrace whilst also maximising the short and medium term success, generating more leads for sales. The role provided cross departmental experience with internal and external personel, including agencies, consistently delivering exceptional results for both Embrace and the customer. I spotted a missed opportunity in the social media presence, and used my initiative to develop the impact Embrace had on these channels, focusing on the blogs and shareable content to maximise the online reach and put the business in the best possible position to capitalise on the ever growing social media market. I re-designed the email marketing campaigns and produced new content to increase the open and engagement rates, generating more qualified leads and obtaining new clients. Show less
