I have developed extensive professional experience consulting for civil society organizations in the United Kingdom, United States, Bangladesh, India, and Malaysia. Most recently, I worked with the University of Oxford, on a research project that aims to provide a successful use-case for nanopore sequencing, a pathogen-agnostic diagnostic tool in the COVID-19 response. I built the communications strategy for participant recruitment, utilizing social media, creating a map of partners, and designing communications materials. In 2 weeks alone, we recruited over 8000 participants. Other projects include research support to Piers Millett on biosecurity and Charity Science Health on the use of technology in international development initiatives. I have presented on how to hire for roles in operations and when to systematize operational tasks at multiple international conferences. Show less
