It provides services to people who have mental health diagnoses that affect their daily lives. We provide groups about coping with Depression, Anxiety, and other diagnoses; basic life skills (money management, cooking, etc.); healthy physical health; etc.. I run some groups, and I also have a caseload of 1:1 clients. I simply provide basic support to most of my 1:1 clients so that they are able to invest in PROS. I will be a therapist for some others. We are a group-based program, however. Groups are intended to be the focal point of the program.
