This was achieved through critical stakeholder engagement and consultation as well as curriculum back-mapping and alignment with IB philosophy. Role: Head of Geography (Nonsuch High School for Girls: September 2009- August 2013) I led a team of five experienced teachers in a State Girls’ Grammar School in South London. Leadership and innovation: • Record highest GCSE and A level results in the Geography and School - GCSE (85%+ A*/A – cohort 100+ students), AS (90% A’s) and at A2 (A* - 22% 2012 and 55% 2013 with other results being mostly A’s). • Published SSAT case study of the development of the department following the outstanding results.
