Co-authoring academic journal article about the anti-democratic utility of “states’ rights” claims. Presented research at the 2022 American Political Science Association Annual Meeting. Creating citations, proposing edits, and performing original research for constitutional law professor/expert Dr. Miller’s upcoming book about power, accountability, and constitutional myths. I collected, read, and analyzed 31 American history textbooks and used Excel to code and analyze the evolution of constitutional mythology. I, along with my team, read, analyzed, and coded 316 federalism SCOTUS decisions, 353 newspaper articles from pre-Civil War era until today, and tracked law review articles from 1890-2020 to understand the evolution of "states' rights" claims over time.
