I have had and am still having the opportunity to work with and learn from Kathryn. Kathryn delivered the Level 3 Advanced ILM Apprenticeship in Management through Telford College of Arts and Technology. The sessions I attended through 2012/13 were both informative and interesting and some of the dryer content was made engaging by Kathryn. I am now organising a second cohort of people from Call Connection and am working with her to ensure all of our new learner needs are met. I would highly recommend Kathryn as a trainer/assessor to any company.
