Lead Pet Specialist/Receptionist

Oct 2015 - Present
I am responsible for the entire back of house operations. I ensure smooth operations across multiple shifts approximately 14 employees and am responsible for up to 75 dogs at a time. As one of the first Jet Pet employees at the PHX location, I have jump started our social media presence on multiple platforms and am always looking for more ways to actively engage with our current and prospective employees. I assist as needed as a front of house receptionist, I respond to emails and answer phone calls and help direct the flow of traffic through the office.
