Kathrin joined my management team in 2015. Firstly she took over the lead of the Meeting & Conferencing team and contributed significantly to give shape to the implementation of the strategy for this sub segment. She came aboard at a very critical time where some highly important initiatives where at risk. Due to her pragmatic and calm approach, she was being able to solve conflicts and calm things down, so that these particular projects could have been finished successfully and meeting desired goals. Since 2017 she is the Head of Marketing for the Business Communication portfolio on global level. In that role Kathrin is responsible for creating and driving implementation of the Marketing strategy to stimulate demand for Sennheiser's innovative solutions for enterprises and higher education world wide with great success. Kathrin is very empathic, skilled and expierenced in leadership and she has the gift to build long lasting relationships to others instantly. I really enjoyed working with her as she thinks oout f the box, sees what needs to be done and takes that on without a question focussed on making progress as fast as possible. I highly appreciated her committment to our commonly created visions and I am pretty sure, without her, we wouldn't have come so far so fast over the last years.
