Working as a server at a well-known tourist attraction in Hawaii demands excellent customer service, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. I serve seven to nine tables with a total of 35 guests a day. My manager recognized me for suggesting to give "Mahalo Cards" to the guests before they leave the venue to improve our guests' satisfaction. This idea increased our rating by 3% higher. I was assigned to labor in the Philippines Butuan Mission. I finished a 12-week training that included learning a new language, building relationships and trust, setting goals, and studying to teach. After nine months in the field, I was assigned to be a Sister Training Leader. My responsibilities include giving pieces of training and teaching lessons during district and zone meetings. Throughout my 18 months of experience in the field, I maintained the top of my role by helping more than 50 people to be baptized. Show less
