I was on the interview team that recommended hiring Kathy for the KP Peer Review position. I recommended her for hiring because of her extensive experience in IT, her experience in health care environments, and her high degree of interest in the health care field and its future interconnecting all of these areas. When she came to work with KP, I frequently interacted with her in regards to applications which I programmed and supported. I found that the reasons for which I recommended she be hired were accurate. Health care is moving into an automated environment and quickly. Her computer/IT skills I found be be excellent and when combined with her interest and expierience in the health care arena make her a valuable employee.

When it comes to details, no one is better than Kathy. I could always count on her passion for details on a day to day basis to keep me on track. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills. All issues and details are followed until completion. She always provided excellent analysis and feedback when presented with barriers or problems needing solutions. She also has a great sense of humor which brightened each day at work. I would not hesistate to hire her again if the opportunity ever presented itself. (As she reads this, she is probably improving the sentence structure for me)
