We bought L3vel in to help our client with developing an administration manual and procedures around all their administration tasks. Our client had grown quickly and the systems had not been able to keep up so Kathleen was able to take an independent look, and order and rationalise the systems. What was produced was an excellent manual that could be easily understood and managed. On top of this Kathleen was able to point out some other issues for the organisation which put them at risk and gave solutions to how these could be improved. Kathleen’s communication throughout the process was exceptional, professional and friendly, and the quality of work produced was of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend using L3vel’s services as we will no doubt be using them again in the future.
