  Partnering with another colleague, I co-founded and co-managed a commercial real estate brokerage company. Collaborating with business owners, I represented them in their searches for office space that fit the needs of their business, helping them find the right fit that would allow them to operate optimally. With a focus on biotech and life sciences, I enjoyed working with a range of businesses from chemistry and biotech labs to financial services and non-profits. During my time with GVA Thompson Doyle, my colleague and I grew the company to be one of the largest woman-owned commercial real estate brokerages in the state of Massachusetts. Overseeing 35 employees, we ensured our clients found the right fit for their operations.
