I originally joined IMD in 2002 and have recently become head of the department . As IMD develops globally the PCFA Leader role has developed into a Head of Operations role which includes the IMD PCFA resources based in Lausanne and Singapore. The PCFA Team are a team of 40 plus dynamic, invested, flexible professionals who run ' executive development programmes/events' and partner at least one professor. As IMD develops globally the PCFA Leader role has developed into a Head of Operations role which includes the IMD PCFA resources based in Lausanne and Singapore. The PCFA Team are a team of 40 plus dynamic, invested, flexible professionals who run ' executive development programmes/events' and partner at least one professor. As the head of Operations I enable and support the team to manage the resource management, training, development, quality control and general successful operations of the department. The department is a talent pot for IMD and many PCFA are developed into critical new roles in the organisation. I work closely with the management team and report directly to the CFO. As part of Senior Management at IMD I implement the top down strategies with the PCFA team to assure their success.
