Kathleen is one of these rare individuals in the arts and culture world who is as tenacious as she is charming; not to mention loyal. She is a master planner and highly effective when it comes to making complex cultural projects come to life. Back in 2014, she asked me to work with her on promoting the bid for a public artwork to be placed at Stirling Bridge, Stirling, at the site of the famous Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297. In the time we worked together on this politically sensitive project, she kept me informed every step of the way and provided useful and much-appreciated feedback on my work. She is superb at juggling the demands of a complicated web of planning involving a wide variety of stakeholders. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as someone who leads from the fore with skill and style.

Kathleen is a trully inspirational and professional woman. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her chosen field. A pleasure to work with and hope to do so again in the future.
