  I am responsible for schoolwide enrollment management (Pre-K to Grade 12). I supervise a team of six full time and 3 part-time admissions staff. I liaise with divisions to ensure that enrollment upholds our school's mission, vision and values. I create a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment, and later on, through to transitioning out of JIS. I ensure that customer service excellence is delivered across departments. I work with the Board of Management to meet targets and I'm responsible for producing and presenting data and metrics. I network locally and internationally to innovate and ensure that our enrollment processes follow best practice.
