Responsibilities Generate Employee's Monthly Attendance in the Biometric System Transfer Input of Daily Time Record from the Bio Metrics System to Company's Record System,export to excel format and send to main office for payroll reference in Computation. Monitor late in and Absences of the Employees Update filed leaves record of the Employees Monitor and Update Vacation and Sick Leaves of Employees. Assist Walk-in Applicants,Scheduled/Short-listed Applicants for Exam and Interview. Conduct/Give Exams to the applicants depending to their position applied for. Resume Search or Find from the Company's Source Applicants for the client company's needs. Assist Applicants with their Pre- Employment Requirements. Issue Medical referral and give proper instruction for the exam's procedure. Verify Legal Documents and Clearances submitted by the candidate. (Brgy. Clearance, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, COE, TOR, etc.) Do Background check to the Applicant(Calling Reference,Community and Work Related) Assist Applicant's with their concerns to their requirements. Make a Monitoring Sheet for the updates and report of the applicants Pre employment requirements. Make a summary of report to the Applicants Background check and overall information submitted to my trainer/superior to be forwarded to the client company. Answer call and transfer it to the people concern in the company. Sort 201 files (talent bank and other files like exams and answer sheets, etc.) for reference and usage. Make an Inventory of Office Supplies by the end of the Month and make a Budget Proposal for the Supplies needed to be submitted for approval of the management. Purchase the supplies. Pay Monthly billing. Handle Petty cash forms, transmittal,reimbursement,leave forms,overtime, etc. Submit recruitment report to DOLE.
