  I worked in the A/R Department as a researcher. I gathered information on deductions taken from payments made to our company for any discrepancies with their orders from us. My job was to get monies back, that were deducted from payments to us, by disputing chargebacks. It was a very detailed job and I was very organized. I worked with approximately 25 retail stores. I kept very detailed spreadsheets of all deductions taken from their payments; where I was in the process of my research; and if I was able to get monies back or come to a resolution to problems with their orders.
