Having known Kathleen and her reputation in the steno industry for a number of years I was delighted to have her as my mentor for a CART course. Her knowledge and expertise and her professional and friendly manner was wonderful.

As my Machine Shorthand Skill Development Trainer, Kathleen demonstrated a thorough knowledge of steno writing skills and an excellent understanding of the translation software used to transcribe and edit court proceedings. I consider Kathleen to be highly competent in the skills and processes required to gather, interpret, analyse and present a variety of data in a variety of forms. This was evidenced by the realtime and scoping trial, which was conducted by Kathleen, and presented to management as a means to improving business objectives within our department. She is also a motivated self-starter, comfortable working in teams as well as autonomously with little direct supervision.
