Bio
Kimberly A. Dalius M.S.Ed. M.C.P.C.
Kathleen is a true visionary! She has a keen sense of what will bring value to her institution as well as the value she brings forth to her clients and collegues. An advancement position has a collaboration between financial donations and inclusive community comradery. Kathleen created this comprehensive advancement formula which contributed to her success as the VP of Advancement at the USC Caruso Catholic Center. Kathleen created the first ever USC Parent Ambassadors team for the Caruso Center. Her visions of parents leading parents enabled the Caruso Center to be set apart from any other higher education ministry program in the nation. Kathleen's true compassion, kindness and acceptance has proven to be the most vital asset to any institution. Her vision opened doors and created financial growth, spiritual inclusion, social acceptance and mental sharpness for success. It's been my pleasure to work along side such an ambitious individual.

Kathleen was our staff liaison with the Caruso Catholic Center when I was President of the Newman Guild, a volunteer support group for the Center's campus ministry. She was extremely valuable in helping us to increase membership, plan our events, and build our leadership committee. She was very encouraging and very often expressed her appreciation to me, personally, and indeed to each one of us. She was a hands-on help with our projects (writing personal notes to potential members, even stamping envelopes!). Her behind-the-scenes work ensured that our events went off without a hitch. She maintained a good balance of assisting us, while also giving me the space to fulfill my role as President. I enjoyed immensely working with Kathleen!
