  As volunteer coordinator at StepUP I am responsible for recruiting, training, and directing the many people who volunteer their time. Additional responsibilities include updating and using Sales Force to track volunteers and potential donors, planning and executing the Volunteer Appreciation event each year, arranging weekly speaking engagements throughout the community for StepUP staff, and publishing the bi-monthly enews letter for StepUP.
