  Recruit, hire, and manage all aspects of the South Riding location including supervision of three Assistant Directors and 18 music instructors. Performed a high level of customer service through follow up phone calls, accurate accounting practices and establishing positive relationships. Maintained a data base of all student/parent data, billing, and accounts receivable.
